From Pathankot, take a taxi to Chamba (shared cabs available), then another to Bairagarh. Trains are more reliable than flights for reaching the region.
The nearest airport is Kangra Airport (Gaggal), located 200 km from Chamba (5-6 hour drive). Daily flights connect from Delhi (1-hour flight). From Kangra, hire a 4WD vehicle via Palampur and Chamba to reach Bairagarh, the base before Sach Pass. Note that Kangra has limited rental options – booking in advance is essential.
